Abstract
Today, for the success of the organizations, the employees should exhibit formal roles as well as prosocial behaviours. The increase of diversity and importance of human resources applications force the organizations to do research and to study in this area. In this study, the effect of leadership styles applied by the Turkish Parliament Members to the prosocial behaviours of advisors is investigated. 385 paliament members are reached in the determined space formed by 519 members. The data obtained from survey were evaluated with Correlation, (t) test, Regression, Chi-square and confirmatory factor analysis, and the existence of relation is proved statistically. As a conclusion of the study, it is determined that there is a direct and negative relation with authoritarian leadership style and a positive, linear, strong relation with paternalistic authoritarian and democratic leadership style. Contrary to expectation, there is a negative, linear and strong relation with liberal leadership style. Also, there is a strong and directly relation between in-role and extra-role of prosocial behaviours.
